Donation details: your name, phone number, email address, the amount you give, the campaign you choose, and the payment method.
Contact details: information you send us by email, phone, WhatsApp or our newsletter form.
Basic website data: standard technical information such as browser type and pages visited, used to keep the site working and secure.

Payment information

Payments are processed by licensed payment providers, such as WaafiPay and Premier Bank. Your card number, PIN and mobile money details are entered on the provider's secure payment page. Habeeb never sees or stores your full card number or PIN. We receive only a confirmation of the payment, its amount, and a reference number.

How we use your information

To process your donation and send you a receipt.
To keep accurate financial records and report on how donations are used.
To answer your questions and, if you agree, to send you news and campaign reports.
To meet our legal and regulatory obligations.

Sharing your information

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with payment providers to complete your donation, with service providers who help us run the website and email, and with authorities when the law requires it.

Patient confidentiality

We never publish names, photos or stories of patients without their informed consent, or the consent of their guardian where appropriate. Patient information is handled under strict medical confidentiality.

Keeping your information safe

Our website uses a secure connection (HTTPS). Access to donor records is limited to authorized staff. We keep donation records for as long as needed for accounting and legal purposes.
